Turn off ScreenTips or change the display

Then click Popular. Then click the ScreenTip Scheme list arrow
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Then click Don't Show Enhanced ScreenTips or Don't Show ScreenTips
