Access an FTP Site

Click the Office button, and then click Open.
Click the Office button, and then click Open.
Click the Look in list arrow, and then click FTP Locations.
Click the Look in list arrow, and then click FTP Locations.
Click the FTP site. Select a Log on as option.
           Enter a password. 
           Click OK.
