To disable AutoRecover for a specific workbook

Click the Office button. Click Excel Options.
Click the Office button Click Excel Options.
Click Save. Click the File list arrow. 
Select the workbook you want to disable.
Click Save. Click the File list arrow. Select the workbook you want to disable.
Select the Disable AutoRecover for this workbook
only check box.
Select the Disable AutoRecover for this workbook only check box.
Click OK.
Click OK.
