Paste Data with Special Results

Select A1 or a range. Click the Home tab. Then click the Copy button.
Select A1 or a range. Click the Home tab. Then click the Copy button.
Click A2 or another cell. Then click the Paste button. Then click Paste Special.
Click A2. Then click the Paste button. Then click Paste Special.
Click the option buttons with the paste results and mathematical operations. Click OK.
Click OK.
