Select and Apply a Custom Theme From a File

Click the Page Layout tab. 
Click the Themes button and then click Browse for Themes.
Click the Page Layout tab. Click the Themes button and then click Browse for Themes.
Click the theme file you want. Click Open.
Click the theme file you want. Click Open.
