Insert a Column or Row

Click to the right of the location of the new column.
Click to the right of the location of the new column.
To insert a row, click the row immediately
 below the row you want to insert.

Click the Home tab. 
           Click the Insert Cells button. 
           Then click Insert Sheet Columns or Insert Sheet Rows.

To adjust formatting, 
           click the Insert Options button, 
           and then click a formatting option.
