Click the Page Layout tab.
Click the Size button.
Then click More Paper Sizes.

The Page Setup dialog box opens and select the Page tab.
To scale the page, click the Adjust to or Fit to option,
and specify the adjust to percentage,
or fit to the option.

Click the Paper size list arrow, and then
select a paper size.

Click the Print quality list arrow, and then
select a quality option.

To start the first page on a specific number,
enter the number.
