View and Apply Theme Effects

Click the Page Layout tab. 
Click the Theme Effects button. 
The current theme effects appear highlighted in the menu.
Click the Page Layout tab. Click the Theme Effects button. The current theme effects appear highlighted in the menu.
Click the theme effects.
Click the theme effects.
