Include a link in a formula

A cell address reference to a worksheet is =tab_name!cell_address. 
           For example, (=Summary!A1).
A cell reference to a workbook is ='[workbook_name.xls]tab_name'!cell_address.
           For example, (='[MyFile.xls]Summary'!A1).
