Ungroup outline data

Select the data group. 
Click the Data tab and click the Ungroup button
 arrow, and then click Ungroup.
Select the data group. Click the Data tab and click the Ungroup button arrow, and then click Ungroup.
Click the Rows or Columns option, and then click OK.
Click the Rows or Columns option, and then click OK.
