Rotate WordArt Text

Click the WordArt. 
           Drag the free rotate handle to rotate. 
           When you're done, release the mouse button.
Click the WordArt. Drag the free rotate handle to rotate. When you're done, release the mouse button.
Click outside the object to deselect it.
